Most church pastors in Rwanda are men. Most workers in the churches are women. "Mama" is a respectful term for "lady" in Swahili. Upon every visit to Africa there is an opportunity to lead a seminar for mamas in the church. Many of these women are widows of the genocide and in need of help.
