Kim Foreman is the wife of Chris and proud mother of Zachary and Simon.
Dr. Foreman is the a professor at San Francisco State University in the Department of Instructional Technologies / the College of Education. She is an inspiring teacher. Her slogan is "education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire." Check out her SFSU web page.
In addition to her academic work, Kim is active in community groups and in church she is a busy "sa-mo-nim". That's a Korean word for "wife of pastor".
In 2005 her academic world and her gospel world intersected as she led university students on mission to Africa. In addition to gospel work, this group also provided technology assistance.
Kim has been to Africa eight times and on each missionary journey she has demonstrated a special heart for the women and children of Rwanda.
Favorite verse: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." [Matthew 7:7-8]
