FOUNDER – DR. CHRIS FOREMAN
Chris is a retired Southern Baptist pastor who lives in San Mateo, California with his beautiful wife, Liz. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, a Doctorate in Education from the University of Oregon, and a Master’s degree from Golden Gate Seminary. He has two sons and two grandchildren. BOARD OF DIRECTOR

PRESIDENT – DR. FRANK FOREMAN
Frank is a pediatric dentist living in Vancouver, Washington. He holds dental degrees from the University of Washington and Oregon Health Sciences University. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel. He and his wife, Lelia, have ministered in Rwanda with his brother, Chris, on multiple occasions over the past decade. They have five children and six grandchildren.

Richard is a retired missionary / pastor living in Longview, Washington. He has a master’s degree from Mid-Western Baptist Theological Seminary. He served Christ for 25 years with his wife, Kaye, and family as a missionary in Colombia from 1980-2005. He has two sons and four grandchildren. Brian serves at the IT department of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Greg is the pastor of Beacon Hill Baptist Church.

Debi is the Head of School at Westside Christian High School in Tigard, Oregon. She has a doctorate in education from George Fox University. She has served Christ as a Christian school teacher and as a professor and department chair at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon.  She lives in Vancouver, Washington with her husband, Roger.  They have two married children who are serving Christ.
TREASURER – JAVIN BAKKE
Javin served as executive director of CASA  from July 2013 until October 2014 During that time he split his time between Rwanda and Washington State in order to facilitate the completion of the Lighthouse Ministry Center. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University. He now lives in Kirkland, Washington and works as an assistant manager for Enterprise Rental Company.
