PURPOSE and VISION
Come & See Africa International (CASA) is a registered non-profit charity – 501 c (3) – based in the USA. We facilitate short term mission opportunities for international Christians interested in serving Christ in south Rwanda.
Come & See Rwanda (CASR) is our sister organization registered in Rwanda and sharing both our vision and statement of faith. Their year round ministry is to Christian students at the National University of Rwanda through providing an intensive discipleship program and support of the many Christian student groups. Through their Compassion Ministry, CASR also ministers to the poor in the area and coordinates with local pastors and churches in their outreaches throughout south Rwanda.
CASA assists individuals, churches, and Christian organizations in arranging transportation to South Rwanda. We coordinate with CASR to arrange housing and support for volunteer ministers. We coordinate with the volunteers and CASR to arrange safe, meaningful ministry opportunities to the Christian community, the poor in the area, and the university students.

Special giftings and callings
We encourage the development of long term relationships with Rwandan university students, professionals, pastors, Christian leaders, and the poor.
Our vision is to see the people of Africa living joyful, prosperous, and godly lives. The focus of our vision is upon students at the National University of Rwanda – ministering to them by word and by action. We are committed to raising up a new generation of leaders in Africa who are committed to the Lordship of Christ. Our wider vision includes bringing Christ to the entire region of south Rwanda through evangelism, conferences, and compassion ministry to poor in the region.
CASA and CASR do not function as a church nor are we an outreach of a particular church. We are a para-church, coming along side all Christians who seek to live out the Great Commission.
The special focus of CASA is to encourage the intellectual defense of orthodox Christianity among the university students of East Africa though the sponsorship of an annual East African Apologetics Conference. We believe that the young church in Africa is especially susceptible to unbalanced and heretical teachings that will limit the effectiveness of its ministries. Our goal is to explain and defend the “faith first given to the saints” and distilled in the Apostles’ Creed to the future secular and spiritual leaders in Rwanda and East Africa.
